Regional Seminar in Seattle

What an amazing weekend I just had, I spent Friday and Saturday in Vancouver, BC, stamping with my sister, great friends, a fantastic downline, and Shelli Gardner herself!  For those of you who may wonder who Shelli is, she is the creative genius who began Stampin' Up! itself more than 20 years ago.  It was my second time meeting her, and it was such a treat to say hello in person!  My sister, and direct upline, Sheila Batty (and her long lashed baby girl, Kaelynn..xoxo) had our picture taken with her, how fun?! You can visit Sheila's fantastic blog here...    http://www.catnappincreations.blogspot.com/

I just had to have a picture with some of my downline demonstrators, such a fun group of girls!  I remember how exciting it was to attend my first Regional seminar two years ago in Seattle, so there was definitly an excitement all weekend long!

We made the most amazing "make and takes"  which I will post for you in the next couple of days, all using the Nature Walk Stamp Set.  If you don't have this one already, I promise you it is a must have!!!  You should see what can be done with the gorgeous set!

One more pic for you of one of the sample boards that was set up for us to be inspired by, ENJOY!

Waiting For Regionals...4 More Sleeps

I am like a little kid waiting for Christmas... I am so super excited for Stampin' Up! Regionals in Vancouver on Friday!  Boy, oh boy!  A night away with good friends and stamping?  Yes, I am more than excited.  I have lots of samples to show you, but some of them are surprises, so you will just have to wait!
Today I will post a pic of a quilted card that I made, completely inspired by a talented demonstrator that I have been following on the special demonstrator community website... such an amazing place to waste my time!  (All you need to do is to sign up with me as a demonstrator for access to this exclusive little gem!)  I ran the card front through my lattice embossing folder with the Big Shot (don't have one yet?  What are you waiting for???)  I really like the Greenhouse Gala DSP, I needed so stop hoarding, so I pulled out some of my pieces and begin trimming!
Happy Stampin!

Playing with some of my new stuff!

I'll admit it, I have been a bit of a supply hoarder lately!  I keep looking at all of my pretty things and think to myself "I must save that for something REALLY special", well, I once heard on Oprah that you should use the fancy soap everyday because you never know when it will be your last chance... so with that frame of mind, I went crazy!  I threw everything out on my big table and went crazy for a few days... I am really happy with the results of just letting go!  I hope you enjoy!

Here is a little card that I made for a special little girl's second birthday that Im taking my gaggle to tomorrow.  I used rhinestones to make the sock monkey have earrings!  How cleaver is that?
